It arrives ready. Medicom Toy assembles every figure at the factory, so the piece you unbox is the finished article — no parts to fit, no seams to press together, and no chance of marking the paintwork while you handle it. Take it out of the box and it can go straight onto the shelf.

Yours comes in the official Medicom Toy box it left the factory in — the exact packaging listed in the specifications above. Collectors treat that box as part of the piece, and an intact one makes a real difference if you ever resell, so we never ship it bare: it travels inside a second outer carton with padding, which is what absorbs the knocks in transit.

ABS plastic, unless the specifications above say otherwise. Looking after it is mostly about dust: a soft dry cloth, used gently and fairly often, is all it needs. Chrome finishes show fingerprints badly, so handle those with cotton gloves if you have them. Keep the figure out of direct sun and away from damp rooms — both attack the colour and the material over time, and a faded piece loses value as well as looks.

Order before 2:00 pm on a weekday, or before 11:00 am on a Saturday, and it goes out with DHL the same day. From there, reckon on 1 to 2 working days inside Germany, 2 to 4 for the rest of the EU, and 3 to 5 for the United Kingdom. A tracking number reaches you either way, so you can follow the parcel rather than wonder about it.

Nothing, on EU orders above €75. Below that the flat rate is €4.90 within Germany and €7.90 elsewhere in the EU. Orders to the United Kingdom ship for GBP 10.00 and start at GBP 140.00; customs duty and import tax on those are settled by us, so nothing further is charged when the parcel arrives.

PayPal, Klarna if you would rather pay on invoice, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card — VISA, Mastercard and American Express are all accepted at checkout.

Send it back. You have 30 days, and the return costs you nothing: message us by phone, email or chat and a prepaid DHL label comes back to you. Once the figure reaches us we refund the full purchase price, and that includes whatever you paid for shipping in the first place.

In articulation more than in quality — Medicom Toy builds all sizes to the same standard. What changes is the joints and the canvas. At 400% and 1000% the arms and legs generally turn on a single plane, while the surface area gives artists far more room for fine detail. Drop to 100% or 200% and you often get ball joints instead, which let the limbs move more freely.
